Usage Policy

باستخدامك لموقع أكاديمية المنجم – الرقمية أو خدماتها التعليمية (بما في ذلك المناطق الخاصة بالمستخدمين المسجلين، المحتوى التدريبي، الشهادات، والاختبارات) فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه السياسة.

3. المستخدمون المؤهلون

يقتصر الاستخدام على موظفي مجموعة المنجم أو المتدربين أو الأفراد المصرّح لهم من قبلنا.
باستخدامك للموقع، فإنك تقر بأن لديك الصلاحية والحق للوصول إلى المواد واستخدامها.

4. الحسابات والأمان

يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول (اسم المستخدم/كلمة المرور).
أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.

يجوز استخدام المواد لأغراض التعلم الشخصي فقط.
لا يسمح بالتعديل أو إعادة التوزيع أو النسخ أوالاستخدام التجاري دون إذن مسبق.

7. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

نقوم بجمع بيانات شخصية لازمة للتسجيل، تتبع التقدّم، وإصدار الشهادات.
تتم معالجة وحفظ البيانات وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
باستخدامك للمنصة فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام بياناتك الشخصية كما هو موضح.

8. الشهادات ونزاهة الاختبارات

تصدر الشهادات بعد إكمال المقررات واجتياز الاختبارات المطلوبة.
يعتبر الحضور شرطاً أساسياً لإتمام البرنامج التدريبي والحصول على الشهادات.
أي سلوك غير نزيه (غش، انتحال، تقديم معلومات مضللة) قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الشهادة أو اتخاذ إجراءات أخرى.
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند ملء الاختبارات أو الملف الشخصي.

9. المتابعة والعواقب

نحتفظ بحق مراقبة الاستخدام والمحتوى والتفاعل. مخالفة هذه السياسة قد تؤدي إلى إنذار، تعليق الحساب، حذف المحتوى، إلغاء الشهادات، الحظر الدائم من المنصة، أو اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية والحدود

المحتوى التعليمي مقدم “كما هو” لأغراض التدريب فقط، ولا نضمن دقته أو ملاءمته لاستخدامات أخرى.
